Laser vision correction, LASIK or PRK,  is an excellent investment in an individual’s personal well-being. Indiana LASIK Centers wants to ensure that patients who desire to see the world around them, without the restrictions of glasses and contact lenses, don’t let finances get in the way. Our pricing is based on our commitment to providing the finest and safest all-inclusive care available for your laser vision corrective surgery.

All fees cover the cost of LASIK surgery and 90 days of post operative care immediately following your procedure. This fee also covers an automatic enrollment into our Lifetime LASIK Program and full payment must be made prior to your LASIK or PRK procedure. Patients who have not had a recent eye exam will likely require an eye exam prior to the preoperative LASIK evaluation and may be charged their optometrist’s usual and customary fee for that visit.  All visits beyond the 90-day postoperative period will incur your optometrist’s customary fees.

  • LASIK or PRK: $2,450/eye or $4,900 for both eyes

Prompt Pay Discount

Indiana LASIK Centers accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express. Patients paying by check, cash or credit card, ILC will offer a prompt pay discount bringing the cost of the procedure to $2,200 per eye or $4,400 for both eyes.

  • *Discount off the Usual & Customary Fee : $250/eye or $500 for both eyes
    *No other offers or promotions will be applied or stacked on an existing discount.

Insurance

If your vision plan offers a LASIK discount, Indiana LASIK Centers will give you up to a 15% discount off the usual & customary fee, bringing the cost of the procedure to $2,083 per eye or $4,166 for both eyes. No other offers or promotions may be combined or added once discount is extended.


Flex Plans/HSA Accounts

If your employer offers a flexible benefits plan or a health savings account, you may be able to pay for the procedure with pre-tax dollars making LASIK even more affordable!  Don’t let these dollars go to waste!
