My name is Will and I am a ophthalmic technician.
I have worn glasses since I was in the 4th grade and had them all the way up till I was 23 years old. Then I had my LASIK surgery and to be honest with you if I would have known how simple the process was, how easy it is to have LASIK, I would have done it much sooner. I went to my optometrist to see if I would qualify for LASIK, he informed me that I was a candidate, and he referred me out to Indiana LASIK Centers.
All the staff at ILC was really helpful, I wish I would have gone sooner to have my consultation, I was always a little bit scared of the LASIK process because I didn’t understand it, I wasn’t well informed. It was such an easy, simple, process.
I am always outside with my kayak; I live a pretty active lifestyle; LASIK just makes everything so much easier, I don’t have to hassle with the contacts or glasses anymore. It just affords me a lot of freedom that I didn’t have before. Thanks to ILC I’m now part of the LASIK family.
